About Greenthumb Lawncare & Landscaping

In Leclaire the streets are narrow and the old houses sit close together, so a yard is more or less a room, taken in all at once from the sidewalk. Greenthumb Lawncare & Landscaping works those close quarters in Edwardsville with mowers that fit the gates and hands that shape the beds. Spring is mulch and cutback and getting borders down to a crisp line after the freeze and thaw; midsummer is mowing and trimming on a steady loop; fall is leaves, endless and satisfying. Shade from the old street trees makes grass grow unevenly, which is half the puzzle and all of the interest. Done right, a Leclaire lot looks like it has always been that way.
