About Hulcher Services

East St. Louis grew up where the rail lines converge, and wide ground like that never clears itself in January. Hulcher Services handles the snow side of it — plowing open lots and drives, cutting paths across walkways, spreading salt so surfaces stay workable through a long freeze. The snow that matters in this valley almost always falls overnight, which makes the whole job a race against morning. There is a plain, unglamorous pride in standing on a lot that's bare and gritted while the streetlights are still burning. East St. Louis and the surrounding towns can count on that whenever the forecast turns.
