About Scott's Lawn Services Snowplowing

When the January wind comes down the Mississippi it reaches the Quad Cities with nothing standing in its way, and the snow it carries refuses to lie still. Scott's Lawn Services Snowplowing works those nights in East Moline — plowing drives and lots, opening walks, salting the places where river damp turns a clear surface into ice before sunrise. Drifts close back in behind the blade, so the trucks come around again, and then again, until the storm finally quits arguing. The measure of a night like that is plain enough: at six in the morning a car backs out, and nothing about the weather matters. Snow removal for East Moline and the towns along the river.
