About Snowco, LLC

Along Finley Road and the Butterfield corridor the office lots sit empty and lit at three in the morning, which is exactly the hour they need to be cleared. Snowco, LLC keeps those hours, plowing lots and drive aisles, opening the entrances, shoveling the walks and the ramps, laying salt down before the first car turns in at six. In the neighborhoods it is the same arithmetic one driveway at a time, the apron cut clean to the street so the village plow's ridge cannot trap anybody in. Downers Grove's low ridges catch the northwest wind and the same corners drift every single year, so those are watched and worked twice. Done right, nobody thinks about the snow at all; they just park and walk in.
