Potter's Ground Control Lawn Care Service

About Potter's Ground Control Lawn Care Service

Small planes come and go from the field on the west edge of DeKalb, and from up there the town is a green quilt stitched together with driveways. Potter's Ground Control Lawn Care Service works that quilt one square at a time — mowing, trimming, edging, clearing a yard out at each turn of the season. Ground level is where a lawn actually gets judged, though: the line along the sidewalk, the corner behind the garage, the narrow strip nobody else bothers with. Summer afternoons out here are wide open and hot, and the work goes better once the wind starts moving. A finished yard looks good from the street and better from the air.
