Atwood's Lawn Care & Hauling

About Atwood's Lawn Care & Hauling

Come late October the wind over Vermilion County swings around to the northwest and crosses miles of picked fields with nothing standing to slow it. Atwood's Lawn Care & Hauling runs right up to that turn — mowing and leaf cleanup until the ground goes hard — and then meets the first storm with a plow blade and a spreader. The same acres that gave the summer its dust send the winter its drifts, and both get answered. There is a plain pleasure in a driveway opened wide enough that nobody in the house has to think about it. Danville asks a working outfit to be good in two very different weathers, and both sets of gear stay ready here.
