About Lisa's Lawn Maintenance

Early light in Crete lands on the front yards first, on porch steps and flowerbeds and the strip of grass between the walk and the street. Lisa's Lawn Maintenance starts the day there, mowing while the air is still cool and trimming close around beds, mailbox posts and downspouts without touching what is planted. Edges get cut so the borders stay crisp instead of creeping outward by August. Twice a year the cleanups come through, clearing winter's leftovers in spring and the leaf fall in autumn. A front yard is the first sentence a house says, and keeping that sentence tidy is genuinely worthwhile work.
