About MBT Lawn Care

A July evening in Cortland smells like cut grass and asphalt letting go of the day's heat, and out at the community park the ballfield lights come on over a lawn somebody mowed that afternoon. MBT Lawn Care keeps yards like that one all over town — mowing on a steady rhythm, trimming the fence lines and mailbox posts, hauling off the debris that piles under the maples in spring and fall. Come December the mowers give way to plow blades, and those same driveways get cleared and salted before the school buses run. Knowing a property through the entire turn of the year is its own kind of pleasure: where water stands, where drifts build, which corner always greens up last. Cortland, Maple Park, DeKalb and Sycamore are all within an easy morning.
