About A&K Outdoor Services LLC

Winter around Collinsville rarely announces itself with a foot of snow; more often it slides in overnight as freezing rain and leaves the Beltline glazed and every driveway hard as glass. Plowing and salting here mean getting out ahead of the six o'clock commute, scraping down to pavement and putting grit where the slope meets the street. Come April the same trucks trade blades for mowers, and the year turns into cutting, trimming and hauling off whatever the yard shed over the cold months. It is outdoor work in the literal sense — whatever the sky is doing that morning is the assignment. Cleared drive, cut lawn, nothing left behind but the work itself.
