About CK Properties

Winter arrives in Clear Lake out of the open west, with nothing between the fields and a driveway to slow it down. CK Properties works the small hours, when the section-line roads run blue-black and the wind is still packing snow into every cut and fenceline. Plow, shovel, salt, then back through again, because a prairie drift will rebuild what you cleared an hour ago without ever asking permission. The reward is a driveway that looks like nobody had to fight for it: bare pavement, squared corners, walks down to the concrete before the first alarm clock goes off.
