By late May the lagoon in Humboldt Park has gone green at its edges and the boulevard grass is growing faster than anyone can quite believe. Medina Lawncare takes on that surge across the West Side — weekly mowing, trimming close to fences and stoops, edging the walks back to a straight line, and cleanups that strip a yard of winter or of autumn depending on the month. Blocks near the park were designed with front lawns as part of the plan, small but entirely public, read by every neighbor who walks past.
