Greenedge Lawncare

About Greenedge Lawncare

Beverly sits on a ridge — the one real hill in a flat city, an old glacial beach that lifts these streets a little above the rest of the South Side. Grass grows differently on a slope like that, drying at the crown and holding water at the foot, and Greenedge Lawncare mows and trims with that in mind. October is the long stretch here: oak leaves off the deep yards near Longwood Drive, cleared week after week, until the turf underneath comes back green and a little startled. Spring cleanups undo whatever winter left, edging restores the hard line between grass and walk, and the mowing settles into its weekly rhythm through the humid middle of the year. The reward is simple, and it lasts the week.
