About Fresh Cutz Lawn Care LLC
Late October on the West Side, and the big park's oaks let go all at once — one cold night and the parkways are ankle deep by morning. Fresh Cutz Lawn Care LLC works straight into that: last mowings taken low, leaves cleared off the grass and the walks before rain can mat them down, edges recut, beds put away for winter. Ogden Avenue carries the traffic while the side streets keep the quiet, and the yards along them show every ounce of attention they are given. There's a plain pleasure in a lawn closed out properly in November — nothing shaggy, nothing buried, everything ready. Come April it wakes up ahead of the rest of the block.
