Apolonio's Snow Removal and Lawn care

About Apolonio's Snow Removal and Lawn care

Along the north branch of the river the cold arrives early, and by four o'clock a February afternoon has already gone blue at the edges. Apolonio's Snow Removal and Lawn care runs both halves of the Chicago year — plowing, shoveling and salting once the streets go white, then mowing, trimming and cleanups when the thaw turns the parkways soft and green again. Winter work gets measured in cleared drives and walks that hold their footing; summer work gets measured in a straight line along a fence. Same block, same houses, two different jobs, one steady habit of showing up. This city rewards anybody willing to do both.
