About A&M Property Services

Chicagoans have a name for the wind that comes off Lake Michigan in January: the Hawk, and it finds every unshoveled step in the city. A&M Property Services meets it head-on, clearing snow from Chicago walks, steps and drives in the dark hours after a storm. The goal is plain: by the time the first commuters lean into the cold on their way to the L, the concrete is showing again and the edges are cut square. A property that greets the morning already handled is its own small kind of warmth. In a city laid out on a straight grid, a cleared walk is one more true line.
