The Walker's lawncare

About The Walker's lawncare

October in Coles County means grain trucks on the highway and a fine dust hanging over Charleston until the first good rain washes it down. The Walker's lawncare runs the last mows of the year through that light, edging and trimming along the way, then gathering leaves off lawn after lawn so nothing mats down over winter. Weeks later the work changes entirely — plow blades on, drives pushed open, walkways shoveled and salted while it is still dark out. Mowing picks back up when the ground dries in spring, and the cycle starts over. Same yards, same people, whatever the sky is doing.
