By April the water out at Raccoon Lake has gone from slate to green glass, and the yards around Centralia wake up all at once. Genesis Precision Lawn Care LLC meets that first flush of spring with mowing, edging, trimming, mulch and cleanup — the ordinary work that decides how a lawn will look in July.
