About SOIL Excavating

When a big storm stalls overhead, the wide open ground goes under first — the church lot, the shop yard, the long lane running out of town. SOIL Excavating takes that on with equipment sized for it: pushing snow back to the tree line, stacking piles where they will not blind a driveway, clearing and de-icing before anyone needs to be anywhere. Wind on open ground rebuilds a drift the moment you turn your back, so the passes get made again, and then again after that. There is something plainly good about a lot that sits bare and black at seven in the morning after a foot came down overnight. Snow is the work, first flake to last scrape.
