About McCloughan Lawn Care

Wind is the constant here, crossing the open fields around Capital with nothing to break it but a hedgerow and a grain bin. McCloughan Lawn Care works with it and against it: mowing, trimming and edging in the warm months, gathering leaves before they blow into the neighbor's yard, then plowing and salting when that same wind packs snow against the garage door. Drifting is the local complication, and it is why a drive gets opened wide instead of narrow. Summer or winter, the measure is whether a household can get out the door and across the pavement without thinking about it. That is a modest goal, and it takes the entire year to keep.
