About AK Property Solutions

Early on a June morning the lawns on the streets near Perry Farm hold their dew until nearly nine, and the first pass of the day leaves a dark stripe you can see from the porch. AK Property Solutions is built around that stripe — weekly mowing, trimmed fence lines, edges cut hard along walks and drives, and cleanups in spring and fall when the silver maples let go all at once. Bourbonnais yards range from tight village lots to wide half-acres out toward the township line, and each one gets the same attention to where the mower turns. Grass grows fast here between rains; the work is keeping ahead of it without ever looking hurried. Serving Bourbonnais and the nearby communities of Bradley, Kankakee, Manteno and Limestone.
