Elite Turf

About Elite Turf

Under the old street oaks near Carle Park the shade runs deep enough that grass has to be talked into growing, while a block away a full-sun yard is putting on two inches a week. Elite Turf works both around Cunningham — mowing at the height each lawn actually wants, trimming and edging by hand where a mower cannot reach, and clearing the leaf and limb fall a Champaign County season delivers. Summer settles in humid here and stays, so cutting early and cutting sharp keeps a lawn from going ragged by August. The look to aim for is uniform: one color, one texture, one clean edge the whole way around. Cunningham, Urbana, Champaign and Savoy are the service area.
