Hanson Landscape

About Hanson Landscape

Out here the wind has nothing to slow it — it crosses miles of stubble field and stacks snow in long white ridges across the township roads. Hanson Landscape works those hours, plowing drives and opening walks around Big Rock while the rest of the village is still under blankets. A farm drive can run a few hundred feet from the road to the door, and it needs to be open before the first coffee is poured. Salt goes down where the shade keeps ice, and the blade comes back through when the drifts rebuild themselves by mid-morning. By sunrise, black asphalt showing through all that white is its own kind of reward.
