About Three oaks landscaping

Belvidere still keeps its big oaks — bur and white, older than the streets they shade, dropping acorns on the lawns beneath them every fall. Three oaks landscaping does much of its work in that shade, where turf grows thin and slow and asks for a lighter, smarter hand with the mower. Mowing, trimming and edging make the weekly round; cleanups handle the leaf and acorn fall that arrives all at once in October. Shade lawns are a puzzle, and solving one so it looks even under a canopy is honest work. These trees will outlast all of us, and the grass under them may as well look good in the meantime.
