Classy Grass of Central Illinois

About Classy Grass of Central Illinois

Bellevue holds the high ground west of the Illinois River, close enough to Peoria that the valley opens up at the end of the street. Morning fills that valley with haze, and the bluff yards come out of it first, dew burning off the slopes while the bottom is still gray. Classy Grass of Central Illinois works those hillside properties through the green months — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups on ground that rarely lies flat — then turns to plowing, shoveling and salting once the river valley starts sending cold up the hill. Sloped drives ice in ways level ones never do, and they get the salt they call for. A squared-away yard on a Peoria County bluff is worth every bit of the extra footwork it takes.
