About Abbott Tree Care Professionals

Bartlett grew up around oak groves and creek bottoms, and the bur oaks that stood here long before the subdivisions still hold their ground in backyards all over the village. Abbott Tree Care Professionals works with that inheritance — pruning oaks in the dormant season, trimming maples and lindens back from rooflines and sidewalks, removing the ash trees that have run out of time. Out toward Spring Creek and the open prairie ground at the county line, wind crosses unbroken grassland and finds anything with a weak crotch or a heavy one-sided limb. After a Midwest windstorm or a wet March snow, cleanup means saws, a chipper and a crew that stays until the walk and the street are clear to the pavement. The reward is a block that looks whole again by evening.
