About Custom Property Solutions

A February storm in central Illinois does its worst after it stops — wind packing the loose snow into a hard shelf right where the driveway meets the road. Custom Property Solutions works those hours in Athens, plowing drives and parking areas, clearing walkways, and spreading salt where the melt refreezes overnight. The blacktop and gravel roads north of town run open past field after field, so drifting is a fact of the job rather than a surprise. There is a particular pleasure in a lot finished and scraped clean before the town is awake and the first headlights come through. When the thaw finally comes, the pavement is already there waiting, and nobody had to think about it.
