About DISS Property Management

Two rivers meet at Aroma — the Kankakee coming in wide, the Iroquois folding into it — and in winter the fog off that water freezes onto everything it touches. DISS Property Management handles the snow there: plowing drives and lots, clearing walkways, salting where the shade keeps ice long after the sun is up. Storms roll in from the west across open ground, so the drifting is usually worse than the falling, and a property can need a second visit before dawn. Getting one cleared while it is still dark — stakes standing, pavement wet and black instead of white — is the entire point of the job. Snow work for Aroma Park and the river towns close by.
