About Garcia's Project Landscape & Hardscape Construction
Winter is hard on the stone and concrete a town like Addison is built out of: paver walks, front stoops, apron seams that fill with meltwater and lock up by morning. Garcia's Project Landscape & Hardscape Construction clears it, plowing drives and lots, shoveling the walks and steps by hand where a blade has no business going, and salting the shaded strips that never see sun in January. Snow off the open ground west of town comes in dry and gets pushed around all night by the wind, so a lot cleared at midnight can want a second pass by five. Some of the result is invisible on purpose, in edges left intact and joints unchipped, everything ready to look like summer again in April. Getting somebody out their own front door and down a bare walk is a good night's work.
