About Sunrise Earthworks LLC

Weston sits low in the Bear River Valley, and on a cold winter morning a fog can gather over the farmland and hold there until the sun finally clears the Bear River Range to the east and starts burning it back off the fields. Sunrise Earthworks LLC works right through that lifting fog, plowing driveways and clearing farm lane access with the same equipment that moves earth and gravel here the rest of the year. There's a moment worth watching for, the fog thinning first over the open fields while the farmyards and tree lines nearby stay socked in a little longer, snow and mist both catching the first real light of the day. Clearing a lane while that fog is still down means working half-blind for a stretch, headlights doing most of the work until the valley finally opens up. By the time the fog has fully burned off and the Bear River foothills stand out clear and white, the driveways and lanes around Weston are already open for the day's business.
