About Altus Home Services

From the bluffs above Weiser, before most of the town is up, the Snake and Weiser Rivers meet in a pale seam of open water below a valley still holding its overnight frost. Altus Home Services clears the driveways and walkways of the homes built along that high ground, where the view is wide but the wind off the rim can drift a driveway shut in a single night. It's quiet work at that hour, a scrape of the blade the only sound before the town below starts its own day, breath showing in the cold. A house up on the rim sits clear of the fog that gathers over the river bottom, but it pays for that view in wind-packed snow that needs a heavier hand than the streets down in town. Clearing it early means someone can step outside into that whole open view without checking their footing first.
