Before the sun reaches the valley floor, headlights already stream toward Teton Pass, Victor residents making the climb east into Wyoming for a day's work, and ParkFab is out ahead of them, clearing the parking lots and business fronts along Highway 33. A commuter's morning here starts with checking the pass report and hoping the lot at the trailhead or the office is already scraped to pavement. The crew plows and clears commercial lots through the dark early hours so cars aren't parked in ruts of refrozen slush by the time everyone's back down out of Wyoming that evening. It is plain, patient work, done in a cold that bites harder before dawn than it will by midmorning, but it buys a whole valley of commuters a smoother start. By the time full daylight finally reaches Victor, the lots are open and square-edged, ready for a town that is already halfway to somewhere else.
