Epic Excavation and Snow Removal

About Epic Excavation and Snow Removal

Spirit Lake freezes over most winters into a flat white field ringed by dark timber, and the homes tucked into the trees around its shoreline depend on driveways that wind through the Selkirk foothills before they ever reach a plowed county road. Epic Excavation and Snow Removal runs those same wooded lanes early, working excavation-grade equipment against drifts that build deep under the pines where the wind can't reach them to scour them thin. This is a small lake community at the edge of the Rathdrum Prairie, quiet enough in winter that a plow truck's engine carries a long way across the frozen water on a still morning. The crew clears both the everyday residential drives and the longer, rougher access roads that only see traffic a few times a week. Epic Excavation and Snow Removal keeps the driveways and access roads around Spirit Lake open through the deep timber winters.
