Grass Growing Solutions

About Grass Growing Solutions

In spring the Long Bridge carries you two miles over Lake Pend Oreille, and you can watch the snowmelt push the water high and cold beneath the pilings. Grass Growing Solutions starts its season about then, when the yards north and south of the lake wake at once and need a first mow, a clearing of winter's broken branches and matted leaves, and an edge re-cut where the sod has crept over the sidewalk. From there it becomes a weekly cadence — mow, trim, edge, clear the hard surfaces — held all the way to the last warm week of the year. Kept that way, a lawn stays thick and even instead of running to seed heads and thin spots. The service reaches Sandpoint through Sagle, Cocolalla, Careywood and Ponderay.
