East of town the Snake widens behind Minidoka Dam into Lake Walcott, and the power made there has been lighting Rupert's streets since early in the last century. Greenlon, LLC tends the yards that same river feeds, mowing and maintaining lawns through the long warm months and on into the cool of October. Fall is the honest season here: the grass slows, the cottonwoods go yellow, and one clean final cut sets a lawn up right.
