About Westwood Gardens Nursery and Garden Art

Evening in Rathdrum belongs to Rathdrum Mountain, whose dark, timbered shoulder catches the last orange light on the west side of town. Westwood Gardens Nursery and Garden Art brings a gardener's eye to the lawns below it, where grass sets the stage for everything else in a yard. A nursery knows that flower beds, stonework and garden art all read more clearly when framed by turf that is mown evenly and edged with intent. May is when this town wakes up, with lilacs opening and lawns pushing growth faster than anyone can keep up. Here, lawn care is part of the art: the green background that lets a garden sing.
