About Mountain View Tree Service

The Rathdrum Prairie lies flat and open with Rathdrum Mountain right at its shoulder, so the wind crosses the fields and meets the pines all at once. Mountain View Tree Service works both sides of that line — the fir and ponderosa along the timbered edges, and the yard trees out on open ground where new houses keep going in. Trimming and pruning keep limbs off roofs and out of the turnaround; removal comes for the ones gone gray at the top or leaning a little further each winter. Bringing one down on a small lot is mostly planning: where every piece lands, what stays untouched, how the ground looks when the truck pulls away. In summer the prairie hay gets cut and the whole valley smells of it, and there are worse places to spend a working day.
