Management Hub

About Management Hub

The Rathdrum Prairie doesn't have much to stop the wind — it runs flat from the edge of town clear out toward the state line — and a snowstorm out here behaves less like weather and more like a tide, pushing drifts across driveways that were clear an hour before. Management Hub plows into that pattern rather than against it, timing passes for after the wind has had its say rather than chasing a driveway that's just going to fill in again. Out on the prairie a driveway can look done at nine and be drifted shut by eleven, so the route often means doubling back on the same properties more than once in a single storm. It's flat, open work — no ridge to climb, no timber to dodge — but the openness is exactly what makes it unpredictable. Once the wind finally lays down, the driveways across this stretch of prairie are clear all the way to the road.
