About GrindStone Property Professionals

The neighborhoods just off Highway 2 in Priest River are the kind where a property crew already knows every yard by name come summer, and GrindStone Property Professionals carries that same familiarity into winter. Snow removal here is neighborhood work — short blocks, tight driveways, mailboxes and porch steps to plow around rather than a long open route. The town's low spot in the valley means snow can sit heavier and longer here than up in the hills, especially on the shaded, north-facing yards that don't see much sun even at midday. This crew works those same properties they tend all year, clearing driveways and walkways with the same attention to where a hose bib or a flower bed sits under all that white. It's property work, just done with a plow instead of a mower.
