About Champion Pro Services

By the time the shops along Center Street pull their gates down for the night, Champion Pro Services is often just getting started, working the sidewalks and small lots downtown after the last customer has gone home. Clearing storefront frontage after dark means the morning crowd finds bare concrete instead of a night's accumulation, which matters in a town where a hard freeze can turn wet snow to a sheet of ice within an hour of sundown. The crew moves block to block with a shovel and a walk-behind blower for the tight spaces a truck can't reach, then salts the entries where foot traffic runs heaviest. Downtown Pocatello keeps a slower pace than the highway strip, and that suits a crew that would rather finish the work right after hours than rush it before opening. It is late, unglamorous, necessary work, done the same way most nights of the winter.
