About Cascades Real Property Services

In April the water comes down Mink Creek loud and cold, and the valley below Pocatello turns green almost overnight, all at once, everywhere. That is when Cascades Real Property Services starts its rounds — first cuts on lawns that woke up early, cleanups that clear a winter's worth of grit and broken twig off the turf, edges recut where the frost heaved them crooked. From there it settles into a season of mowing and trimming, properties handled on a rotation so no one has to think about it twice. Managing grounds for a home or a rental across the Portneuf Valley is mostly a matter of steady hands and a calendar that holds. A property that is looked after week to week never has a bad-looking month, and that is the standard the work is built around.
