About 4 Seasons Property Maintenance LLC

Late in a Pocatello afternoon the wind stands up in the Portneuf Gap and pushes north through the valley in one long breath, and a lawn cut that morning lies down under it in even rows. 4 Seasons Property Maintenance LLC keeps yards across the Portneuf Valley on the schedule the year asks for — mowing through the long green middle of summer, running the edges back to a clean line along walks and drives, clearing the clippings and the leaves the cottonwoods finally let go. The satisfaction is in the finish more than the noise: the last pass squared to the sidewalk, the strip beside the fence held to the same height as the open middle. Grass here grows fast when the water and the light agree and then quits early, so the work is timed to that, week after week, yard after yard. A place looks cared for from the street before anyone can say why, and that is the whole idea.
