Brett's Lawn Care

About Brett's Lawn Care

Every April the canal gates open and this whole valley changes character in a matter of days; Mason Creek fills, the laterals run brown and busy, and lawns that spent the winter flat and tan remember exactly what they are. Brett's Lawn Care starts its year on that turn, taking yards from dormant to cut and feeding them into the long green stretch that follows. Mowing sets the pace week to week, with edging along the drive, trimming where the mower runs out of room, and fertilization and weed control laid in at the right points on the calendar. Aeration opens tired ground so water gets down instead of running off, and overseeding thickens the thin spots before autumn. When the water shuts off in October the leaves come down soon after, and the season closes with a cleanup that leaves the yard ready to rest.
