About Clearwater Sprinklers

By mid-afternoon in August the valley floor holds heat like a stone oven, and every green lawn in Lewiston is green because somebody thought about water. Clearwater Sprinklers works the irrigation side of the yard — spring startups, head adjustments, leaks in the lateral lines, zone timing matched to the way this ground drains — along with the mowing and trimming that keeps the result looking like something. A head aimed two degrees wrong will paint a brown crescent across a front lawn by July, so getting it right is most of the job. Blowouts come late in the fall, before the first hard freeze slides down off the prairie above town. Then the water goes quiet for a season and the grass rests.
