About Landscapes by Design, LLC

From the top of the grade above Lewiston the wheat country runs gold to the horizon in late August, laid out in long deliberate curves — a fair reminder that thought-out ground outlasts guesswork. Landscapes by Design, LLC starts with the drawing: how a yard gets walked through, where the shade lands at four o'clock, what should be lawn and what honestly should not. Then comes the building — planting, grading, sod and seed, beds and borders — and the weekly cutting, edge work and trimming that hold the design in place afterward. A plan drawn for this valley respects the slope, the wind and the heat, and gives water somewhere useful to go. Seasons later, a designed yard is the one still making sense.
