Altitude Tree Service

About Altitude Tree Service

Lewiston sits at the bottom of a long grade, the lowest point in Idaho, where the Snake and Clearwater rivers meet and the valley holds enough warmth that snow here is the exception rather than the rule. When a storm does drop down over the Lewiston Hill switchbacks, it tends to arrive fast and heavy, catching the banana belt off its normal guard. Altitude Tree Service clears driveways and walkways down in the valley and along the streets that climb toward the grade, moving snow while it's still soft enough to come off the pavement clean. There's something almost festive about a white morning in a town that usually skips winter's worst, and about getting the streets moving again before the mills start their day.
