About Zachs Lawn Care & Landscaping

On the north edge of Kuna the new streets run right up against the farm ground, young sod squared off in front of the houses with Kuna Butte standing out past the last rooftop. Zachs Lawn Care & Landscaping works those blocks and the settled ones in town both — mowing, edging, trimming, and hauling the clippings — because new turf and an older lawn want different things from the same machine. By late October the ash and maple along the curbs give up their leaves in a couple of windy days, and then the cleanup is the whole job: leaves off the grass, out of the corners, off the drive. Fall aeration and overseeding go in before the ground closes for the year, so April has something to work with. There is a plain pleasure in leaving a yard tidier than the wind found it.
