Magic Valley Lawn & Landscape

About Magic Valley Lawn & Landscape

Dig anywhere on the west side of Idaho Falls and you hit the Snake River Plain's old story: black basalt an inch under the topsoil, sagebrush country that agreed, eventually, to grow grass. Magic Valley Lawn & Landscape works with that ground rather than against it — mowing, feeding and aerating so roots find their way down through thin soil to water. May is the month it all turns, when the canals come up and a brown yard goes green in about ten days. There is real satisfaction in a straight stripe laid across a lawn that used to be lava rock and cheatgrass. Every visit ends the same way: clippings off the walk, edges defined, the whole property looking deliberate.
