About K-Pro

July evenings in Ucon stretch out long and slow, the light coming sideways across barley and potato ground until the whole town looks lit from within. That is K-Pro's favorite hour to finish a yard — grass cut even, the string trimmer run tight around the mailbox post and the swing set legs, everything tidy while the sprinklers start their circles next door. Out here the wind off the plain will find any patch left ragged, so the work gets carried all the way into the corners. Mowing week after week, trimming, edging, and clearing the clippings adds up to a yard that stays comfortable to cross barefoot. Ucon is a small place where people notice a neat lawn, and that noticing is most of the reward.
