About B & G Dirtworks LLC

Hailey sits at the bottom of the Wood River Valley the way water sits at the bottom of a bowl, and on a still winter night the cold pools there until the thermometer reads ten degrees colder than Ketchum just up the road. B & G Dirtworks LLC starts before that cold breaks, clearing driveways off Woodside Boulevard and River Street while Della Mountain is still a dark shape against a darker sky. A walkway shoveled ahead of the school-bus run keeps somebody's boots dry for the whole day. The routes stretch the length of the valley floor, south to Bellevue and north toward Ketchum and Sun Valley, following whichever storm actually dropped snow that night. By the time the sun tops the ridge and lights up Bald Mountain, the driveways below it are already bare.
