Summer Lawns, Inc

About Summer Lawns, Inc

Come evening in October, the light on the Boise Front turns gold and slides down over the rooftops toward State Street, and Eagle's yards take on that last long-shadowed green. Summer Lawns, Inc spends the whole year getting them there — weekly mowing, string trimming, edged walkways, fertilization and weed control across the season, aeration and overseeding once the ground is ready to open up. In fall the leaves come up off the turf so the grass goes into the cold cut short and fed. From the hill at Guerber Park the town reads as one long ribbon of green between the river and the sagebrush, and every kept lawn is a stitch in it. That is the whole point of the work.
